Founded in 2017, Pyper & Associates, LLC is a young law firm with old
roots in the Dayton legal community. Although Pyper & Associates’ office
is located in Dayton’s dynamic southern suburbs, for several years prior to 2017 the
Firm’s members practiced together at another firm in downtown Dayton.
Taken together the attorneys of Pyper & Associates have in excess of 100 years
of combined legal experience. They have represented individuals and businesses in
litigation at all levels of the Ohio Court system including numerous appearances before
the Ohio Supreme Court. Pyper & Associates’ attorneys have also practiced
in both divisions of Ohio’s Federal District Courts and before the Sixth Circuit Court of
Appeals.
Pyper & Associates offers a wide array of legal services including business
law, insurance law, personal injury, professional liability defense, probate and estate
planning, creditor’s rights and criminal defense. Pyper & Associates is
committed to thoughtful, aggressive and efficient advocacy for our clients both inside
